These Terms govern your use of Theia: Product Customizer (the "App") provided by TheiaEcom, operated by Rauf Nematli, Türkiye. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
The App lets Shopify merchants offer product customization (live design editor and file upload), collect print-ready design files, and optionally add print fees at checkout. Features available depend on your subscription plan.
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system on a recurring 30-day basis, with a free trial where offered. Prices are shown in the App. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; charges already billed are non-refundable except where required by law. The Free plan is offered as-is with limited features.
You agree not to use the App to upload or produce content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates third-party rights. You are responsible for the products and designs sold through your store and for obtaining any rights needed for artwork your customers upload.
We aim for high availability but the App is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Customer design files are automatically removed 30 days after creation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheiaEcom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding three months.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
